Leadership

June 11, 2018

Over the last few years, I have been placed in a number of different leadership positions at work. An effective leader is one that knows when to delegate tasks to others on the team. It's great when you can shine as a leader, but it's even better when your whole team shines. When placed in a leadership position, ask yourself, "Am I doing what I'm doing to get ALL of the glory, or am I doing what I'm doing because I'm a genuine person?" Ask yourself, "What kind of leader am I?" Thanks for reading.
